Interstate Run is a female-fronted rock band from Kansas City, known for their catchy hooks and fierce live performances. Led by the dynamic and charismatic vocalist Katerina Jae, the band was formed when Katerina was challenged by a drunk guy in a bar to start a band.

The band was named for their tireless work ethic, originally commuting 4 hours round trip down the interstate for rehearsals, while they no longer do that, the band's dedication to their craft never wavered.
